1. How are sample fees charged?   Most of our products can be sampled for free. Samples or similar products can be provided. Custom-made products or higher-cost samples will be charged accordingly. Bulk orders are charged at unit prices.   2. How do I confirm my order?   Once we confirm your order and receive payment, we will send a confirmation email or order confirmation letter. After confirmation, we will start production and arrange shipment. You can always contact us via email at LJC@SZ-YDF.COM to inquire about the production and logistics status.   3. Do you provide contracts or agreements?   Yes, after confirming the order, we will sign a formal contract based on mutually agreed terms, which will include product specifications, prices, delivery times, payment methods, etc. After the contract is signed, we will proceed according to the terms.   4. Can I cancel my order if I am not satisfied?   Since this is a custom product, we can send samples for you to confirm. If you find that the sample does not meet your requirements and we cannot provide a satisfactory sample, you may cancel the order. However, after the sample confirmation and payment, once production has started, cancellation is not supported.   5. Do you support custom processing?   We can customize processing based on the customer’s specified materials, technical requirements, and drawings.   6. What is your pricing?   Our prices vary based on the product type, order quantity, customization requirements, and payment methods. Please provide the product model and quantity, and we will give you a detailed quote. As a factory-direct seller, we eliminate middlemen, saving you costs and offering competitive prices.   7. Can your prices be negotiated?   Our prices are based on market conditions and product costs, but we can offer discounts for large orders or long-term customers. Please contact us, and we will provide discount options based on your order volume and cooperation duration.   8. What are your payment methods?    
As a custom product, full payment in advance is required.
